In addition to our dishing up deliciousness on the regular in our classes, we've spent the past many moons concocting some rather exciting projects behind the scenes. Which is why we are beyond thrilled to announce the release of our brand new "Seize Your Days" personal planner, a labor of love from our phenomenal founder (and a crucial component of her morning routine)

At Cook Space we’re all about charting our own course in the culinary journey life provides us on the daily. And we also feel that way about our lives and how we live them.
Yet we find that many areas of our lives that we chart and plan and set goals for - as well as the tools that accompany them seem to focus on a a few areas: work/career, wellness/weight loss, finances, or time management and productivity to make sure we’re maximizing our busy-ness. And they seem to leave out a few things.
What about how we feel? And what contributes to that? What about our relationships, our personal development, our creative expression, our spirituality, the way we care for ourselves? How we care for others? We think those things (and whatever else lights you up) deserve our attention and tools too.
And just like our culinary journeys, our lives, how we live them, and what we define as success, are as personal, unique and layered as we are as people. As is what contributes to the conditions for that ‘success’.
What we can all use is to spend time making those things part of what is not only important, but a priority. Whatever those things are to you, our aim is to help you find a way to make them a part of your life in the way you want them to and to enact the changes you'd like to see.
Just like the foundational tools and techniques one can use to propel one's culinary confidence, the awareness gained from being mindful of how you spend your time, how you feel and what contributes to that, will help you in the ever evolving process of becoming the person you are meant to be. Whatever that looks like and feels like to you!
