It’s the holiday weekend, with both Passover and Easter uniting this year in glorious collaboration, bringing friends, family and food together at once. And while we may each be partial to a particular dish, regardless of your spiritual leanings, there’s one higher power that’s almost unanimously worth celebrating - chocolate. We plan on spending most of our Sunday (and probably next week, if we’re honest) scrubbing multicolored dyes and crystalized sugar from our bodies, before reapplication during our Kids Cooking Workshop next Wednesday. For those whose sweet tooth still isn’t satiated, come join us on May 6th for our Vegan + Gluten Free Desserts class (because butter + rhubarb means Winter is finally over)

So whether you’re hunting for Easter eggs or scouring the web for the perfect Matzo Brittle recipe, we hope this weekend is one filled with love, light and laughter for all.
