If January is for bursting forth on the New Year with vigor and good intentions, then February is about retreating back under the duvet with disillusion and a bad cold. The bipolar weather forecast in tandem with a tonnage of tarnished resolutions, make this the least popular month of the year.
But in each dark cloud there’s a silver lining (or is that pollution?) and we’re always finding reasons to celebrate. It is, after all, the month of love and connection, and whether that love be for your partner, your parent, or just for your own damn fabulous self, we want to share it with you. For us, we show our love by cooking for one another, favoring fare much simpler than a michelin star meal for an amorous evening (I mean, what says love like diving into some pizza dough?). So, if you’re coupled up or slaying it solo this Valentine’s day, be sure to celebrate the many, many things to be thankful for - the people we’ve connected with, the love we receive and put out into the world and, most of all, the end of dry January.
