EVERYTHING PUMPKIN | Friday November 15th


With guidance from your culinary coaches, you’ll have set time to brainstorm, prep, produce, and plate, as you become familiar with complimentary flavor profiles in your approach to your dishes.

The group will dine together in the dining atelier enjoying each other’s creations, learning from their fellow students, asking questions of the instructors all while enjoying a beautifully prepared dinner with wine and community.

Pumpkin- either you love it or you hate it (but, let’s be honest, you love it). Embrace the fall fever with us as we expand your horizons beyond the “basic” preparations of this incredible gourd (pumpkin spice latte, anyone?) with sophisticated and seasonal specialties like smoky pumpkin hummus and sage laced gnocchi. With the skills and techniques acquired in this class, you’ll be converting any critics in no time.
