INDIAN-AMERICAN FUSION | Tuesday December 17th

CLASSES

With guidance from your culinary coaches, you’ll have set time to brainstorm, prep, produce, and plate, as you become familiar with complimentary flavor profiles in your approach to your dishes.

The group will dine together in the dining atelier enjoying each other’s creations, learning from their fellow students, asking questions of the instructors all while enjoying a beautifully prepared dinner with wine and community.

Indian cuisine has (finally!) taken the city by storm these past couple of years and, while we utterly love the classics, we’re also pretty partial to some of the Western tweaks to the traditional fare, such as those highlighted in the cookbook of 2019, “Indian-ish”. In this class, we’ll guide you through the techniques and flavor balancing acts required to replicate some of the region’s most popular menu items - butter chicken, garlicky naan, saag-feta...Together, we’ll bring Bombay to Brooklyn in the most flavorful fashion.
