ITALIAN BREAD BAKING | Monday December 9th


With guidance from your culinary coaches, you’ll have set time to brainstorm, prep, produce, and plate, as you become familiar with complimentary flavor profiles in your approach to your dishes.

The group will dine together in the dining atelier enjoying each other’s creations, learning from their fellow students, asking questions of the instructors all while enjoying a beautifully prepared dinner with wine and community.

To quote Oprah, “WE. LOVE. BREAD.” And few cultures tackle this ancient and most comforting of foods better than the Italians. In this class you’ll not only learn how to create crowd pleasers such as focaccia and ciabatta, but what to pair with your new bounty of baked goods, like regional accompaniments such as olive tapenade and basil butter. You’ll acquire some serious Nonna knowledge (and maybe a few Italian hand gesticulations too).
