With guidance from your culinary coaches, you’ll have set time to brainstorm, prep, produce, and plate, as you become familiar with complimentary flavor profiles in your approach to your dishes.

The group will dine together in the dining atelier enjoying each other’s creations, learning from their fellow students, asking questions of the instructors all while enjoying a beautifully prepared dinner with wine and community.

Salmon, one of the healthiest, and most delicious foods that nature has to offer, is also one of the most versatile. From grilled to “gravlax-ed”, this superfood takes center stage at breakfast, lunch AND dinner. As part of our Whole Animal Series, learn how to properly break down, filet, trim and debone a fish, before learning how to coax out the maximum flavor of each component together.

Afterwards, we’ll sit down in our gorgeous skylit dining room to a delicious (and omega-packed) feast of the world’s favorite fish.
