Building Culinary Confidence
cook space /kook speɪs/ noun.
Cook Space is a culinary studio in New York City designed to foster and build confidence in the kitchen - in an atmosphere where guests feel welcome, inspired, and emboldened to experiment.
Created in a former widget warehouse in the Prospects Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, Cook Space was imagined to be more than just a place to take cooking classes. Our intention is to create an environment where the act and art of cooking is dismantled, experienced, and celebrated - where mindsets are shifted and one’s experience with cooking is transformed.
In addition to our roster of classes highlighting seasonal fare and foreign flavors, we’ve created our signature Culinary Confidence Series, a five week course designed to arm the home cook with the tools and techniques acquired in culinary school, but in an intimate environment where play and creativity are encouraged and cultivated. We offer private culinary instruction, celebratory feasts and our skylit studio is available to rent, whether for photo shoots or team building workshops - just a few of the myriad ways to join the Cook Space community!
