Join us for a Sunday morning stroll as Cook Space Culinary Director Chef Tom Coughlan leads a guided tour through the North Fork’s peak foraging locales - together you’ll learn to identify the edible ingredients growing wild along the coast, and how to use them to enhance your dishes, before sitting down to enjoy an al fresco picnic with your fellow foragers.
