To usher in the New Year, we've dedicated the month of January to rediscovering wellness through food. For those looking to refresh and refuel their bodies with whole, natural ingredients by following the Whole30 diet, always having healthful and delicious meals on hand can be a heady task in a city bursting with fabulous (but not entirely healthy) foods. At Cook Space, we'll offer a series of weekly workshops, led by our Michelin trained Culinary Director, for you to prepare the entire collection of meals for your week ahead. Not only will you avoid the headache of navigating what can be a difficult transition post-party season, but you'll also learn tips and tricks to add flavor and variety to your meals, remind yourself that healthy needn't mean bland, and begin the year expanding and exploring your creativity in the kitchen.

Each week, we will hold a three hour workshop in our beautiful Prospect Heights studio, where students will get to prepare all their meals for the upcoming week as well as learning tips and tricks to add variety and vibrance to their meals as they navigate the Whole30 diet. Guests will leave with:
- 6 prepared breakfasts
- 6 prepared lunches
- 6 prepared dinners
MONTH LONG PACKAGE
Students can opt for our four week package, where they'll have the opportunity to come in each week and prepare all of their meals for the month to take home. The entire package will include
